Spiritual Disciplines

Modern life moves at a relentless pace, and when challenging circumstances arise, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and spiritually dry.

Yet Jesus modelled a different way of living. Throughout His ministry, He intentionally practised rhythms that kept Him connected to the Father and enabled Him to live a life of purpose, peace, and endurance.

In this five-week series, we’ll explore some of the key spiritual disciplines Jesus embraced—including prayer, meditation, worship, gathering together, and generosity. As we learn to understand and practise these rhythms, we’ll discover practical ways to deepen our relationship with God and walk more closely with Jesus in everyday life.
